The projects are temporary and one time activity that varies in duration. Projects are undertaken to address specific needs of the organization, which could be developing new products, or improving business processes. Selecting an appropriate performance team is essential for the success of the projects. The project teams include different members of the team, such as – client, business analyst, trainer, project sponsor, stakeholder and the project leader. An effective team building is always beneficial for the organization because it ensures increased productivity, better project management and positive communication among all the team members.
