Refund Policy

Thank you for joining us by purchasing our products (practice tests and online courses). We at Whizlabs aim to provide a gratifying experience to our users and ensure that they are satisfied with our products and services. We offer you an easy to use interface to find, access and purchase our products. Please get familiar with the terms and conditions associated with online purchase that governs Whizlabs Refund Policy. When you purchase practice test or online course from Whizlabs, you submit your consent and agree to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy(this page).

Cancellation and Refund

Whizlabs does not bind you with the purchased products i.e. you are free to cancel the products purchased (practice tests/ online courses), and you will get a full refund. However, the below restrictions apply.

Practice Tests

  • You will need to raise a refund request within 7 days of the purchase of the product (practice tests).
  • You will get a full refund only if you have not accessed more than one practice test for the purchased certification.
  • Also, in case, you accessed the section tests, the money back guarantee will be void.

Online Course/Self-Study Training

  • You will need to raise a refund request within 7 days of the purchase of the product (online course or self-study training).
  • You will get a full refund only if you haven’t accessed more than 25% of the course content.
  • Also, in case, you have downloaded the ebook for the course, the money back guarantee will be void.

If you raise a refund request after 7 days but within 30 days of the purchase, the refund will be 75%. However, no refund will be provided if you raise a refund request after 30 days of the purchase.

Refund of the Duplicate Payment

For duplicate purchases (paid twice for a product by mistake or due to any technical error), you will get a full refund.

  • The refund of the duplicate payment made by the user will be processed via same source (i.e. the original method of payment).

Unconditional Money-back Guarantee

We offer 100% unconditional money back guarantee when you did not pass the certification on the first attempt (100% will be refunded). However, below restrictions apply:

  • You should have attempted our practice tests at least once during preparation (in case of practice tests).
  • You should have accessed the complete online course content at least once before the certification exam (in case of online course/self-study training).
  • You need to raise a refund request within 10 days of receiving the result of the certification exam.

How to Initiate the Refund Request?

The refund request can be initiated as follows –

  • Go to https://help.whizlabs.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
  • Provide the required details such as registered email address, subject, description, attach files (if any), and select the issue type (i.e. Payment – Request for Refund) and Submit

The refund can also be initiated from My Orders section for the order containing a single product, by clicking on the “Refund” against the specific order. If the product quantity is more than one or multiple products are involved in a single order, please reach us using Help & Support section or using Online Chat or by sending an email to support@whizlabs.com

Please note that all refunds, cancellations, money backs, and duplicate payment refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the request is received and approved.
