If you raise a refund request after 7 days but within 30 days of the purchase, the refund will be 75%. However, no refund will be provided if you raise a refund request after 30 days of the purchase.
For duplicate purchases (paid twice for a product by mistake or due to any technical error), you will get a full refund.
