Role and Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Finding potential clients through various channels such as social media, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking events.
  • Qualifying Leads: Evaluating client needs and Interests.
  • Sales Calls and Meetings: Conducting sales calls and meetings with potential clients, where you will pitch your company's products or services and negotiate deals.
  • Sales Support: Responsible for assisting the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, tracking sales performance, and managing customer accounts.
  • Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive activity in order to identify new sales opportunities and help refine the company's sales strategy.
  • Customer Service: Provide customer service and support to existing clients, such as answering questions about products or services, resolving issues, and following up on customer feedback.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to fulfill the client requirements.
  • Overall: Responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving its targets and driving revenue growth for the company.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Educational Requirements: Relevant degree program, such as business, marketing, or communications.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for B2B sales interns.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Build strong relationships with potential clients and work well in a team environment.
  • Sales Skills: Basic understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies.
  • Analytical Skills: Analyze data and market trends to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Time Management Skills: Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
