AWS Labs Support Engineer

• Troubleshoot incidents, identify root cause, fix and implement preventive measures
• Cloud Technical document creation.
• Employ exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity.
• Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle for AWS solutions, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance.

• Cloud Knowledge - Intermediate Level - AWS
• AWS Certification is required
• Hands on experience on Cloud Environment
• Analytical Skills - Experience in understanding the cloud Issues and fixing
• Python Knowledge, Boto3 - Intermediate
• Terraform Knowledge - Intermediate
• Effective oral and written communication skills
