How SCJP 1.4 Exam is different from SCJP 1.2? |
| Sun offers two exams at the programmer level - SCJP 1.2 and SCJP 1.4. There is also SCJP Upgrade Exam for those who are already certified in SCJP 1.2 to enable them to keep abreast with the latest in Java Technology.
The changes in Java 2 Platform over the past couple of years have led to these two versions of SCJP Certification. There have been a few additions and exclusions in the new programmer 1.4 exam as compared to the 1.2 version. |
