1. I am getting an Error Message "Too Many Activations"
Each License Number is for a single user only. It can activate the Preparation Kit Maximum twice. You may activate the kit on 1 or 2 machines but please note the number of activations remain 2. We recommend you activate the preparation kit on a single machine only and keep the second activation for safety against system Crash / Virus Attack / Formatting / Operating System Change / Machine Transfer etc and the single license is valid for 1 year.

2. How do I activate my exam simulator?
After you have purchased the exam simulator, you will receive a mail detailing you about the download link(s). Download the exam simulator from the link specified in the mail. To activate Whizlabs exam simulator, you can follow the below given step :
| | 1. | Double-click the setup program |
| | 2. | Click Next to continue or Cancel to exit Setup. The License Agreement is displayed. |
| | 3. | Read the License Agreement carefully and click Yesto accept the terms of the License Agreement. |
| | 4. | Specify the location (drive and folder) where you want to install the Whizlabs Exam Simulator |
| | 5. | Click Next |
| | 6. | The exam simulator will be installed on your system. The next screen displays a message notifying the successful installation of the exam simulator. |
| | 7. | Select the Launch application check box if you want to activate the exam simulator now |
| | 8. | Click Finish. A compare Feature screen appears. Click Activate button to display the activation screen. |
9. To activate the exam simulator automatically:
| | a. | Click Activate automatically button |
| | b. | Type your name in the Name text box. |
| | c. | Type your email in the E-mail text box |
| | d. | Enter the license number (received on purchase) in the License Number text box |
| | e. | Click Activate Automatically |

10. To activate the exam simulator manually:
| | a. | Click Activate manually button |
| | b. | An Installation Key specific to your system is generated. Click Save Key button for later reference. |
| | c. | Visit the following URL to download the Unique Customer File (UCF) http://www.whizlabs.com/unique_customer_file.html |
| | d. | Click on the Next button |
| | e. | Enter the license number (received on purchase) in the License Number text box |
| | f. | Click Browse and select the UCF from the location on your hard drive where you saved it. |
| | g. | Click Activate Automatically |

NOTE: Automatic activation of Whizlabs Exam Simulator requires you to be connected to the Internet while activation; whereas, manual activation of Whizlabs Exam Simulator does not require you to be connected to the Internet while activation.

3. Why can't I install the exam simulator?
If you are not able to install the exam simulator, any of the following may be the reason.
A. You are installing the exam simulator on a Non-Windows operating system. Our exam simulators work only on Windows Operating System.
B. Your System's configuration is not as per the requirement. To install the exam simulator, the following minimum requirements need to be met:

C. You don't have permission to install any software on your system. You need to have administrator privileges to install any software on to your system. If you don't have the administrator privileges, simulator will automatically flash a message during installing the exam simulator

4. I can't activate the exam simulator. What do I do?
If you are facing problem in activating the product, there could be many reasons. You need to cross check the following things:
Your license number should have 10 digits.
| 1 | You should have an internet connection while activating the exam simulator using automatic activation option or a valid UCF in case you are activating through manual option. |
| 2 | You have the permission to install any software on to your machine. In other words you have the Administrator privileges on your machine. |
| 3 | You are not behind fire wall because it may hamper the activation process. |
| 4 | You are installing the exam simulator on Windows Operating System, which is a prerequisite. |
| 5 | Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 (or above) |
| 4 | You are not attempting to activate it on a fourth machine using the same license number, which allows a maximum of 3 activations. |
| 5 | You are using the license number for the product you are activating and not some other product’s license |

5. I can't login into the website. What do I do?
You may not be able to login to the website for any of the following reasons:
| 0. | The email id you are using to login is not the same with which you registered on the website. |
| 1. | You are copy pasting the password, which may leave spaces and thus becomes incorrect at the time of verification. We suggest you to type in the password. |
| 2. | You may not be connected to internet or the internet speed is not appropriate. |
| 3. | You may have a firewall or proxy on the server due to which you are not able to access particular sites or are not able to see the live pages. You need to take help of your system administrator for getting this resolved. |

6. I am receiving an error "License Number is not Valid". What do I do?
You may face this error due to any of the following reasons:
| 0. | Exceeding the number of time activation with a single license number is permitted. |
| 1. | Using license number of a particular exam simulator to activate some other simulator. |
| 2. | Typo error in writing the License Number

7. What are the known bugs I can encounter in Whizlabs Exam Simulator?
Error while Parsing Question Bank File.
You need to uninstall the currently installed version of the exam simulator and download it again from the website. Follow the activation process again to resolve this issue.
Invalid Installation key/License Number.
This error message comes when you are trying to generate UCF from our website for a 4th activation. As per our policy you can install the exam simulator maximum 3 times either on same machine or different machines.
Invalid Procedure Argument.
This error message may come sometimes during manual activation. You need to uninstall the currently installed version of exam simulator and then download the exam simulator again from the website and activate it with the same UCF file.
System hangs repeatedly while attempting a particular question.
Please go to the directory on your machine where you have installed the exam simulator. The default path is C:\Program Files\Whizlabs Suite\\Database. Inside the Database folder, you will find a file name .whiz.. Select that file and press shift delete. Now run the exam simulator and activate it again with the same license number as before.
