Please note that we DO NOT use personal profiles and test reports of candidates for any commercial purpose.

And how do we use it?

As a constant endeavor to improve the site design and layout for ease of our clients, we may monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage, in aggregate. To enrich your experience, we may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to the web site and new Whizlabs services.

The members/ users registration and other information voluntarily shared with us, helps us to create broad statistical/ demographic summaries to eventually serve our clients in the following ways:

• New features and services are developed to maximize the usage potential of Whizlabs AMS, by our research/editorial team.
• Value added offerings are regularly introduced to achieve total customer satisfaction.

Will we disclose the information we collect to outside parties?

No. Whizlabs does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone, ever. Whizlabs may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.

Whizlabs may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to comply with law, to enforce or apply the terms of any of our customer agreements, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Whizlabs Software, our customers, our end-users, or others.

Personally identifiable information of individual members/users will not be sold or otherwise transferred to unaffiliated third parties without the member's/user's prior consent. Whizlabs stores the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer when you visit our site.

What about Security?

Whizlabs takes utmost care to keep your Security intact. No information can be accessed without a valid user name and password from the website. However, you must NOT DISCLOSE your password to an unauthorized person in any case. If such a scenario arises, please inform us immediately about all the circumstances, losses etc.

Whizlabs AMS is accessed under browser security environment. There cannot be any misuse of information on a candidate’s machine. In addition, backup is regularly maintained for any eventuality that might occur.

To make sure that you get what you want with minimum effort and no worries, Whizlabs accepts payments via a Secured Payment Gateway. You can feel free and fully secured about credit card related information during your transactions with Whizlabs.

How do we allow customers to update or change the information it collects?

You may update or change the information related to your Whizlabs account(s) by accessing your profile and account information page with your customer login ID and password. Your consent

We are committed to protect your privacy. By using our web site, applications and databases, you consent to the collection and use of this information by Whizlabs as described here. Voluntary Disclosure of personally identifiable information on Bulletin Boards, Chat Rooms, and other Interactive Areas (collectively referred to as ‘Interactive Areas')

Members/ users should be aware that when they voluntarily disclose personally identifiable information (for example user name, and e-mail address) on the Bulletin Boards or chat areas of Whizlabs site, this information along with any substantial information disclosed in the member's/user's communication may be collected, correlated and used inappropriately by third parties. Such activities are beyond the control of Whizlabs and we shall not be responsible for any consequences arising for the same.
